Squeezing in some fun

Glen and Andrea
Matt and me
This week has been all about squeezing in as much fun as possible before I start work next Monday.  I started the week with two nights in Atlantic City with just my mother.  We had a real nice time.  Then my niece and boyfriend came for a visit with Baby Brady.  He is three months old and such a good baby.  Last night we were invited to a finale party for Hell's Kitchen at the Borgata.  It was a viewing party to watch the show and after we watched the season finale on a big screen they had the winner Danny come out and meet the audience.  We had dinner at Wolfgang Puck's before the show.  Our table was right next to a lot of the Hell's Kitchen crew.  In the bottom picture the girl in black and white was the winner last year.  We ended up enjoying the dinner next to their table better than the viewing of the show.
Danny was a very appreciative winner.  The owner of the Borgata and the new restaurant gave him his new chef's jacket.  The anticipated opening of the new restaurant is in late June.  I am looking forward to trying it sometime this summer.  Danny seems happy to be coming to New Jersey.  He is leaving his restaurant in Florida called Flip Flop Grill and Chill.  I love that name!!!!
I have a busy weekend attending two chorus concerts and a Drama Club Banquet.  I am getting my hair cut and colored and packing for Boston.  I fly to Boston Monday morning and will be training for a week there.  I hope to take pictures to share with you all.  I am thinking I can blog at night while I am away so I will be able to share with you all the excitement of my new job.  I can't wait to see all the window displays---I hope I can get good pictures!

I am so happy and excited for you, Geralyn and you deserve it! From the moment I first read your profile and began visiting your blog you've been an inspiration to me. Paper Source is one of my favorite stores at home in Alexandria. I always dreamed about working there so I will be living vicariously through you. I will be waiting with your other friends to see your new hair, photos of your trip/training and to hear all about your new adventure. Cheers to you and new dreams!
