Marie Collage

This is the collage I made for my swap partner Samantha.  As usual I was so excited to be able to post about something I didn't have any link information to post.  I sent out three swaps last week, so I am a little confused.  I am almost 99% sure Samantha does not have a blog, but I will check our emails to be sure.  It sure was fun to make.  I love the colors of Marie Antionette--her powdery white skin and hair and for some reason I guess the movie I always think of her with the powder blue, pink and white theme.  For some reason I thought of using a garter cut in half and glued to the bottom  as a trim.  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  I had great weather for my garage sale, went to a really nice fundraiser for a friend and today I am trying to continue the organizing and purging.

Your collage is gorgeous. I always think of pastels too probably because of the movie. What a great idea with the garter. I am glad too hear someone being successful with clearing out. I sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the stuff in our house. Hugs, Pam

So beautiful. You are very creative and have a beautiful eye for design. I love the garter across the bottom it adds just the right finishing touch. I'm loving all of the yumminess distracting me from being sick and my upcoming surgery. I can't wait to get back to creating with all of the creative inspiration I've been coming across from my sick bed. You are just bursting with creative juices and I'm loving all of the photos and highlights. Hope you're having a wonderful day.
