We can make clocks out of any record. This one has started the most conversations in our store......wondering who it is??? It is Bob Welch one of the original band members of Fleetwood Mac. He died this year and his most famous song was Sentimental Lady.
The colored vinyl is also special, this one is from Prince........Purple Rain.
Glen started making clocks using the album covers this year. Grateful Dead has to have the most interesting cover designs for clocks. This one is American Beauty and it always leaves the store as a special order. It has never made the wall of the store.
I think Elvis is one of the first clocks my husband made. Glen makes all of the clocks and they are our most popular sellers. I loved in the beginning when we would use songs like "This Time It's for Real" by Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes or Chicago's "Does Anyone Really Know What Time It Is. Now, that seems so long ago....we don't get to think that much. We are too busy filling orders for customer requests, which is a good thing. No, it is a VERY good thing.
